We accept credit cards and debit cards through Square. We also accept cash and checks.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?
If the product is returned damaged, you will be charged to replace the item plus a fee.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN A RENTAL AGREEMENT?
Yes. You can find the rental agreement here. In order to continue providing you with new inventory, we must make sure everything is taken care of and returns back to us undamaged. Don't worry; we keep it short and simple. Please take care of our items!
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER BEFORE MY EVENT DATE?
We do our best to accommodate your needs, so please make any needed changes as soon as possible. For example, if you need fewer chairs than expected, we can take away the overage on your invoice and recalculate your total. However, if you need MORE of an item, you must let us know so that we can try to accommodate. If you change your order within 48 hours of the event, you will be charged a $50 fee.
HOW DO I RESERVE ITEMS?
Call, email, or message us on Facebook or our Knot page and let us know what items you need. We can create a quote. Once you are ready to reserve, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit to reserve. We will send you an invoice through Square. You will pay the remaining balance at time of pick up or the day before delivery.
